About The Restaurant

Welcome to Nebula Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, located in the beautiful town of Callao Salvaje. Since opening in 2017, we have prided ourselves on offering a creative and delicious menu, featuring the freshest local ingredients, served by friendly and highly trained staff.

Our main menu, served from 1pm, has something for everyone, and we are especially proud of our selection of cocktails, crafted by world champion bartender Eduardo Alonso, whose 20+ years of experience in the industry shines through in each and every drink. We also offer a wide selection of wines, served by the glass or bottle, to complement your meal.

Our restaurant has garnered rave reviews from diners, who have praised our excellent food, warm atmosphere, and attentive staff.
